The Evolution of the Binocular Indirect Ophthalmoscope.
CLEARER, CRISPER VIEWS
Built on the market leading optical performance of the OMEGA 180, the OMEGA 500
has been optimized for even better views of the fundus. A new multi-coated illumination
system, including a new XHL Xenon Halogen Technology bulb produce less reflexes off the
cornea and clear, high resolution images of the fundus that are up to 100% brighter.

30% Lighter than the Omega 180. The OMEGA 500 weighs only 450g!
ENHANCED VARIABLE PUPIL FUNCTION
Allows for the precise, synchronized selection of
observation and illumination optics for any pupil size. This patented system has been optimized
and will now provide stereopsis in pupils ranging from 10mm down to 1mm.
